Our Story in Vezirköprü

Vezirköprü's quality meat, a master's experience.

Ateş Kardeşler was founded in Vezirköprü, on Samsun soil. Its name comes both from our family surname and from the embers of our hearth: Ateş, meaning fire.

With quality meat from animals raised right here in Vezirköprü, we finely mince the köfte, prepare it garlic-forward, and grill it over real embers — with years of experience, no shortcuts. At our bakery, bread goes onto the oven stone every morning, and poğaça and simit are made fresh daily.

We want everyone who walks through our door to feel they're sitting at an honest table, prepared with quality meat and years of experience — fresh and unchanging.
